Platform managers or constituents with access to edit their contact card, can use General information to manage basic biographical information.

Use this to help monitor whether students finish their degree within the expected time after their enrollment, rather than referring to the most recent enrollment for the student. It's especially useful for students who graduated but then re-enrolled for an additional degree, or who entered with transfer credits from a previous school.

Select Core.

Select People finder.

In the Type a name field, enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

The SSN field appears if the platform manager has access to SSI/NI information.
