Phone Information

Platform managers or constituents with access to edit their contact card can manage phone numbers. Users are allowed up to nine numbers (home, home 2, business/college, dorm, wireless, home fax, business fax, summer, and winter). Phone numbers can be shared among related users so that when a change is made to the number in one user's profile, it automatically updates the number in the linked profiles.

All phone numbers except Home 2 can be imported via a data import.

Add a new phone number

  1. Select Core.

  2. Select People finder.

  3. In the Type a name field, enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

  4. Select Contact card.

  5. In the Phone tile, select Add phone.

  6. Select an option from the Phone type menu.

  7. Enter the phone number and select Save.

Tip: Most employees who are responsible for keeping user profile data updated should have the contact card manager role instead of platform manager role (and its clones).
