Pushpage (Newsletter) Archive
Managers can use the Pushpage (Newsletter) archive content type to publish past Pushpage (Newsletter) issues to constituents so they can easily view and reference those issues at any time.
Platform managers can add Pushpage (Newsletter) archives to detail page posts on the Resource board and determine which Pushpage (Newsletter) template(s) should appear. Additionally, Pushpage (Newsletter) managers can determine which Pushpage (Newsletter) issues should display in the archive by entering a publish date for the appropriate issues (Pushpage (Newsletter) issues without a publish date will not appear in the archive).
Sending a Pushpage (Newsletter) issue through email has no effect on if/when the issue appears in the archive. Likewise, publishing a Pushpage (Newsletter) issue in the archive has no effect on if/when the issue is sent through email.

Select Core .

Select Communication.

Select Pushpage.

Select Pushpage issues.

For new Pushpage (Newsletter) issues, select Create issue and enter the publish date (the date on which the issue will appear in the archive).

For existing Pushpage (Newsletter) issues, select Edit for the appropriate issue. Then select Settings and enter the publish date (the date on which the issue will appear in the archive).

Enter an expire date (optional) if the issue should be removed from the archive on a particular date. If no expire date is entered, the issue will remain in the archive indefinitely.
