Report Access
By default, the application manager has access to all of that application's reports (for example, the athletic manager automatically has access to the athletic reports). However, platform managers can grant other users or roles access to the reports.
Grant report access to a role

Select Reporting.

Select Reports.

Select Report admin.

Select Role next to the appropriate report.

Select the roles from the Available roles list and select Add to group.

Select Save & exit.
Grant report access to a user

SelectReporting.

Select Reports.

Select Report admin.

Select User next to the appropriate report.

Search for the user and select Add to group.

Select Save & exit.
Remove report access from a role

Select Reporting.

Select Reports.
-
Select Report admin.
-
Select Role next to the appropriate report.

Select the role from the Selected roles list and select Remove from group.

Select Save & exit.
Remove report access from a user

Select Reporting.

Select Reports.

Select Report admin.

Select User next to the appropriate report.

Select the users in the Selected users list and select Remove from group.
