Add a custom report

You can upload files as Custom reports to the Reports area of the 'Blackbaud's Education Management' products if certain criteria are also met.

Upload an existing file as a custom report

  1. From a capability, such as Core, select Reporting.

  2. Select Reports. A list of existing reports appears.

  3. Select + New custom report.

  4. Enter a descriptive Report name.

  5. Select a Category and a Sub-categoryfor storage and organization.

  6. Select Attach file. Then browse to and select the .rpt file from your local computer.

  7. Select the possible export formats for the report, such as:

    • Adobe PDF,

    • Microsoft Word,

    • Microsoft Excel.

  8. Select Save.

    To view the report, find it in the corresponding report category.
