Apply credits to charges

The Unapplied credits view lists all account-specific unapplied credits on the left and open charges tied to an account on the right. This streamlines the process of applying available credits directly to outstanding charges.

Apply available credits

To apply unapplied credits to open charges:

1. Select a credit from the list on the left side of the page.

2. Select the checkbox next to a specific charge on the right side of the page to toggle it for credit application.

3. Enter the application amount under Apply this credit.

4. Repeat the previous steps for additional charges until the total Amount of the unapplied credit is exhausted.

5. Select Apply Credit.

Filter the list of unapplied credits

If you have many unapplied credits, you can toggle Hide credits without available charges. This produces a focused list of only the unapplied credits that have open charges available to act upon.
