Add Third-party payers

Third-party payers are agencies that provide financial support on behalf of a student. To add a third-party payer, open a student billing profile, and find Third-party payers.

Unlike Statement recipients, Third-party payers are only able to make payments toward a student and cannot review any student records.

To begin, select Add Third party payer

  1. Search for the Organization issuing financial support. If one does not already exist, Add () a new organization.

  2. Enter a Contact name to tie to the Organization.

  3. Enter an email address to tie to the Organization.

  4. Enter a relationship to the student.

Billing clerks can then Add a payment for a student. Under Paid By, the Organization is available as a payer.
