Activity

Activity contains an overview of the charges, payments, and credits that contribute to the overall balance and the minimum payment due:

• Financial statistics, including the current balance, the total billed, and past due amounts.

• Recent payments and charges.

To view the transactions that make up each sum under Activity, select a sum (e.g., Unapplied payments/credits) to open a flyout with an exportable list of credits, charges, or payments, depending on the selected item.

Billing clerks can Add () payments, charges, credit, and enrollments for payers. Under More, Billing clerks can generate charges for the active student profile.
