Define statement periods

Statement periods are a time frame during a billing year that summarize transaction activity specific to the period. Payers view their activity for the current and past statement periods in the payer portal.

To get started, hover over Billing in the navigation and select Billing years. Select Edit Billing year.

To define statement periods:

1. Under Statement periods, select the date picker and choose the Start date and End date for each period.

2. Select Add another statement period, and continue to add periods until necessary.

3. Select Save.
