Inquiry Detail Report

Admissions managers can use this report to export inquiries.

  1. From Enrollment management, select Reporting and then Reports.

  2. Change the Category to Inquiry Reports found under Admissions.

  3. For the Inquiry Detail report, select Run.

Before generating the report, you can set various modifiers to change the results that appear.

  1. Select the Inquiry Group. Options displayed here are the existing Inquiry Form titles.

  2. Select an Inquiry Status. Do you want not handled or handled inquiries?

  3. Enter a Start and End date to create a range when the form was submitted.

  4. Once you're ready, select Generate Report to preview the results.

If needed, you can also export the data through Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, or Microsoft Excel.
