Add Inquiry Forms to Pages

Your school can embed active inquiry forms created from Enrollment management on your school's external website, managed through School Website.

Note: An admissions manager must provide the URL of the form to the page manager.

  1. From Enrollment management, select Admissions followed by Admissions setup.

  2. Find the form you want to modify and then select Edit.

  3. From here, new elements and blocks can then be added or removed.

  4. In order to change the look and feel of the form, select Style.

  5. From the Embed Form Code, copy the URL of the form. The URL will begin with http and end with a number. For example, given this embed form code

    <iframe src="http://myschooladdress.com/app/embed#inquiry/####" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes" width="100%" height="50px"></iframe>

    the URL would be

    http://myschooladdress.com/app/embed#inquiry/####

The page manager can then use the URL to embed the form on the school's external website.

  1. From School Website , select Website to show the master list of created sites. Go ahead and select the appropriate site to add the form to.

  2. From Pages & Menus, select the wrench next to the page and choose Edit Page Content.

  3. From the available page elements, locate the Forms section. Drag and drop Inquiry onto the page and then select the form from the list.

Note: You can't apply styles to the form here. Only admissions managers can style the form.

  4. Select Apply Changes.

Warning: Inquiry forms automatically become Inactive when the Publish Date expires. When an inquiry form is Inactive, it no longer appears in the list of available forms for a school’s front end website. However, if an Inquiry Form is published on the school’s web site and later becomes Inactive, it remains visible on the website until it is removed.
