Contract Tuition & Fees
For each contract, (re)enrollment managers can enter the tuition amounts and associate them with the appropriate grade levels. Managers can also enter any additional fees (e.g. registration fees, graduation fees, lab fees, activity fees) and associate them with the appropriate grade levels. When a family views their contract, they will only see the tuition amount and fees that are associated with their candidate’s/student’s grade level.
In addition to having the tuition and fees display on the contract, (re)enrollment managers can also determine if a candidate’s/student’s financial aid information (i.e. the types and amounts granted) displays on the contract.

If a candidate is awarded 4 different financial aid types in a given year, then each type and amount will display on their contract.
