Enrollment Management Dashboard
The Enrollment management dashboard acts as a central location to access information and other tasks that can’t be found anywhere else within the product. Access it within the Enrollment Management product by selecting Home in the top menu.
You can customize the layout of the Enrollment Management Dashboard for easy access to the tools you use the most. Select the rectangle icon in the upper-right of a tile and move it with a simple drag and drop. The other tiles will slide into place, and the positions will be saved in your browser the next time you log in on the same computer. You can also select the arrow icon to expand or collapse each tile.
The dashboard also allows you to perform certain actions including Create a candidate, Add an inquiry, or Reapply users right from the home page.
Review Center
The Review center displays important information and actionable items to take care of like how many file submissions you may have, users that need checklists, total number of Inquiries, Applications, and more. Select the number value to be taken to that section of the product.
Schedule
The Schedule tile, there’s a dedicated date picker that lets you jump to certain dates to see what’s happening on that day. Select Today to instantly be taken back to the current day’s schedule. You can select Go to full calendar for an overview of the entire month, and you can see how many Visit and Interview requests and Event registrations are waiting as well. Select the number values to be taken to the Process event registrations and Requested Visits & interviews pages.
Candidate Progress
Finally, the Candidate progress graph gives you a snapshot of how many candidates there are with each particular status. Selecting any of the bars on the chart will take you to a filtered list, giving you a more detailed look at each of the candidates with that status like Applicant, Inquiry, and others. Use the filtering options such as School level, Grade level, or Admissions year to further refine the data being shown. You can also exclude inactive candidates if needed.
