Admissions managers and staff, such as faculty, can compose official notes to communicate with incoming students, current candidates, and past candidates. Because official notes are associated with a candidate's record, managers and staff can use them to track all communication that occurs with a candidate or family. You can also use official notes to annotate the records of past candidates.
