Student Checklist Profile View
Once an administrator has created and assigned a new Student Checklist, students and parents can view them from the User profile.
Tip: Multiple checklists can be assigned to a student. Administrators also see both inactive and active checklists while parents only see active ones.
Under a user profile, select the Student checklist tab to view all assigned checklists. This list shows all important data including the step due dates, if it was completed, if there are any attachments or comments, as well as the status of the step.
If needed, admissions managers can also edit checklist steps right from this view. The Hidden status can be utilized if a certain step needs to be removed from the view of the student or parent. Thankfully, this makes it so the school doesn’t have to create a brand new checklist for this student. They can simply customize it to that specific student’s needs.

Parents can access the checklist from their child tab under the Parent view. Select Checklist to see the steps and what they have outstanding and when each is due.
If there is a contract step in the checklist, selecting Fill Out takes them right to contract. However, if the contract form type isn’t specified in the checklist step, the parent is then taken to Files & Forms to locate the specific contract.
School form or Contract steps are automatically marked as complete once the parent finishes filling out the particular step. Better yet, if misc. file types have been associated as a step type, parents can upload the requested file via the checklist directly.
The Student view is largely the same as what parents see. The only difference is what the staff publishes to the student, parent, or both. Assigned Student Checklists can be found from the Checklist tab on the student profile.
Note: If parents fill out medical forms from a Student Checklist step, it is marked as complete once the form is submitted.
