Requirements - Student View

Students can view their degree information under the Requirements section of My Day. Students can view their degree, their fulfilled requirements, and the requirements they have left to finish before graduating.

To see Requirements while logged in as a student, select My Day and then Requirements.

Note: Degree features are only accessible to users who have been set up with Blackbaud ID (BBID). For more information on BBID settings, see the help topic Blackbaud ID Authentication for Education Management.

To remove access:

Platform managers can remove access to the Requirements tab for the Student role through the role tasks.

From the persona menu, select Core.
Select Security, then Roles.
Find the Studentrole (constituent type) in the list.
Select the ellipsis (...) at the start of the row.
Select Manage role.
Select Tasks.
Select Edit.
Unmark the box for the Degree Requirements Student View task.
Select Save & Exit.

Note: You will need to sign out and back in after updating the user role tasks.
