Advisees

From Advisees, Advisory Group Managers can manage the rosters for Advisory sections.

Manage advisees:

  1. From the persona menu, select Academics.

  2. Select Scheduling and then Course selection and schedules.

  3. Next, use the dropdown to change the view from Academics to Advisory and then select Advisees.

  4. From here, select the context menu next to the Activity section you want to add Activity leaders to and select Manage advisory section.

  5. Inside the modal, find the Advisees area and select Add advisee.

  6. Search for the user by typing their name. The system will dynamically generate a list based on your current search criteria.

  7. Once the user is selected, assign the Enroll date from the Calendar option.

  8. Select Done to save the information. Alternatively, select Done and add another to repeat the process for another user.

  9. When you're finished, select Save and close.

Note: To remove a user from the roster, simply select Remove next to the student's name.
