Publish Schedules

Athletic Group Managers or coaches must publish the game and/or practice schedules in order for them to display to constituents. Alternatively, schedules can remain unpublished until they are complete. Game schedules and practice schedules can be published independently of each other.

Publish game and practice schedules:

1. From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.

2. From Group Finder, enter the team name. Alternatively, you can select Go to groups list to find the team name as well

3. On the Schedule page, select Settings.

4. Select Yes to publish games and/or practices. Select No to unpublish games and/or practices.

5. Select Yes to send a notification to alert constituents that the game and/or practice schedules have been published. Select No if the notifications should not be sent.

6. Once finished, select Save.
