Enrollment Status
Enrollment Status is used to determine if a student is full time or partially enrolled in the school based on credits. Enrollment Statuses can be created for specific years, terms or degrees.

From the persona menu, select Core.

Select Settings then School Information.

Select Enrollment Status.

Select
to add a new Enrollment Status.

Enter in the following information:

Name - select one of the available enrollment status names. These are hard coded.

Credit minimum - minimum credit (hour)s required for a student to fulfill an enrollment status.

Credit maximum - maximum credit (hour)s allowed for a student to remain in an enrollment status.

Academic year - select one of your school's existing academic years.

School level - select a school level to associate with the enrollment status.

Term - use Add a Term to select term(s) to associate with the enrollment status.

Degree - use Add a Degree to select degree(s) to associate with the enrollment status.
Note: Enrollment Statuses cannot have overlapping credit values.

Select Save when finished.

From the persona menu, select Core.

Select Settings then School Information.

Select Enrollment Status.

Select the context menu and choose Edit for the Enrollment Status you would like to edit.

Make edits as needed.

Select Save.

Note: Enrollment Statuses cannot be deleted once they have been applied to a student.

From the persona menu, select Core.

Select Settings then select School Information.

Select Enrollment Status.

Select the context menu and choose Delete for the Enrollment Status.

Note: Marking a status as inactive only prevents it from being applied to future students, it does not remove it from current students.

From the persona menu, select Core.

Select Settings then select School Information.

Select Enrollment Status.

Select the context menu and choose Edit for the Enrollment Status.

Unmark the box for Active.
-
Select Save.

After creating your school's enrollment statuses, you can apply them to students using the following steps:

From the persona menu, select Core.

Select Settings then select School Information.
-
Select Enrollment Status.
-
Select the context menu and choose Process Student Status.
Note: Any time edits are made to an enrollment status, the system will update student statuses based on the new settings.
