Scheduling Snapshots

Before generating schedules or making changes to scheduling data, schools using Generate Schedules have the option to create a scheduling snapshot. These snapshots will save scheduling data for the selected terms and school levels, and they can be restored if changes need to be undone or additional changes need to be made. Scheduling snapshots cannot be restored if attendance or grades have been recorded in the affected school levels and terms.

Note: Scheduling snapshots save course section identifiers, rooms, blocks, faculty, and enrollments. They will not restore changes to schedule sets or re-offer courses that have been unoffered.
