Sort Order for Transcripts

Note: This help topic covers the sort order of items that display on report cards and transcripts generated by the Old Transcript Builder. For improved performance and a more intuitive design process, we recommend using the Grade Report Builder and Transcript Builder.

Courses are sorted by:

  1. Transcript category sort order (ascending)

  2. Course title (ascending)

Note: For more information about transcript categories, see Edit Transcript Categories .

Grades are sorted by:

  1. Enroll date or begin date of school year (ascending)

  2. School year

  3. School name of where the grades came from (ascending)
