Admissions Inquiry Referral Types
On the inquiry form, prospective students can specify how they heard about the school. There are two field options for collecting this information: the how hear text field allows users to type in their response, and the how hear field allows users to select their response from a pre-defined list of options.
To use the referral type field, the inquiry manager or admissions manager must first enter the admissions inquiry referral types (Friend, Internet, Radio, etc.). After the types are created, the inquiry manager or admissions manager will select the types that should appear on each form.

Select Enrollment management, Admissions , Admissions setup, Inquiry forms , and then Referral types.

Enter the Referral Name and then + Add Referral Type to add it to the list.

Drag and drop each referral type to change the order of the list. Enter the

Referral Name order: Drag and drop each referral type to change the order of the list.

Private: Check this option if the how referral type should not be visible on the inquiry form.

Delete: For custom made fields, select this option to remove the referral type.

Select Save or Cancel to back out completely.
