Alum Groups Content Types

The Class Giving channel shows information entered in Class information about the financial gifts made by the class. An Alum Group Manager can edit this information by navigating to Core, then selecting Content, Alumni, and finally Class information.

Select Edit to change existing information or Add if no information has been entered yet.

  • Current Donation: the sum of the donations from the class.

  • Participation %: the percentage of alums in the class who have donated.

  • Class Goal: the fund-raising amount for the class.

  • Participation Goal %: the goal percentage of alums who will donate.

  • Personal Best Amount: the highest amount that the class has donated.

  • Personal Best %: the highest percentage of alums in the class who have donated.

The information in this channel is automatically generated based on the class members.

  • Classmates: the overall total number of users associated with that grad year.

  • Deceased: classmates that are marked as deceased in their profile record.

  • Lost: classmates that are marked as lost in their profile record.

  • Class notes: the number of class notes submitted by the class.

  • Class letters: the number of class letters submitted by the class.

  • % of class with email: percentage of the overall members of the class that have published email addresses.

The classmates channel shows the members of the graduating class. Users can click on a name to view the user's directory profile. You'll notice that there are several icons next to the users' names.

Only the class agent will see the Email Classmates link.
