Approve Alum Class Letters
If approval is enabled for class letters, the alum group manager must approve the letter before it is published or e-mailed to the class. This gives the alum group manager the ability to review the letter before it is published.

From Core select Content, Alumni, and then Approve class letters.
Note: By default, the unapproved letters are shown.

If you are ready to approve a letter without looking at it or making changes, select the letter and then select Approve. If you want to take a closer look or make some revisions, you can do either of the following:

Select the "i" icon to read the letter.

Select Edit to make changes to the letter or the email settings, or to delete the letter.

Select Save when finished.
Once approved, the letter will be published to the site or emailed to classmates. Alum Group Managers can view previously approved letters by using the filter options at the top of the page.
