Use a Template to Create a New Advanced List

Blackbaud provides templates of pre-defined advanced lists. Run them as "out of the box" reports. Or treat them as a starting point which you can then modify to meet your unique needs.

1. Go to Core.

2. Select Reporting.

3. Select Manage lists and then Manage basic and advanced lists. A list of basic and advanced lists appears.

4. Select + New.

5. Select New advanced list from template. A list of templates appears.

6. Filter the list by category. You can also sort by a column header or reorder columns.

7. Search for a template. When you find the template, select the ellipsis (...) at the start of its row.

8. Select Copy or Run.
