Opponents
Before Athletic Group Managers can enter game schedules, they must first enter opponents. Opponents can be added manually or via a data import. Athletic group managers can also enter conferences and then associate them with opponents.
Manually add opponents

From the Extracurricular capability, select Athletics, Athletics setup, and then Manage opponents.

Select + Opponent.

Enter the following information:

Opponent name (required)

Conference (optional): Select the conference to which the opponent belongs.

Athletic director information (optional)

Assistant athletic director information (optional)

Phone 1/Phone 2/Fax (optional): Enter the phone or fax numbers for the opponent.

Address (optional)

Select Save or Save & Add Another.
Enter conferences

From the Extracurricular capability, select Athletics, Athletics setup, and then Manage opponents.

Select Conferences.

Enter the Conference name.

Select Add.
-
Select Save.
Delete conferences

From the Extracurricular capability, select Athletics, Athletics setup, and then Manage opponents.

Select Conferences.
-
Select Mark to Delete beside the conference you want to remove.

Select Save.
