People Finder

Use People finder to search for profiles while working in the Academics, Enrollment management, or Core capabilities.

To narrow the search results, use the filters.

To go directly to a specific part of a user's profile (such as the user's Access or Contact card), use the menu under the filters.

The specific profile information you can view depends on

• the security roles and tasks enabled for you as a user. To enable People finder for a user, enable the task for one of their roles.

• which capability you are working in.

For example, to access Course requests, you must have rights to manage course requests and you must be working from the Academics capability (instead of Core or Enrollment management).
