Google Analytics
Google Analytics offers free web analytics for the front-end website, and is included automatically with front-end sites managed with Blackbaud's school website solution. For more information, refer to the Google Analytics website.

Pushpages (Newsletters) are not tracked.

You do not need to contact your Account Representative- feel free to begin using this integration at any time.

If your school's front-end website was created in Blackbaud's school website solution, enable Google Analytics for your site.

From School website, select Website management, Websites, and then choose the site you wish Google Analytics to track.

Select Site settings.

Under Website Analytics, enter your Google code for the header and/or the body.

Please contact Blackbaud Support with the following information:

Your Google Analytics account number.

The statistics you were expecting to see for a date range.

The version of Google Analytics you are using (Universal or Classic) and tell us whether have you recently updated.
Enable this to track and analyze what users do while logged into your school's instance of Education Management.

Platform managers or integration managers should sign into your school’s Google Analytics account and copy the Tracking ID (Property ID).
It’ll look similar to UA-00000000-1.

Log into Education Management and go to Core.

Select Integration settings.

Select Site tracking.

Enter the Tracking ID from Google Analytics. It may take up to 24 hours for data to appear in Google Analytics after the integration is configured.
Tip: You may initially need to contact Blackbaud customer support to activate this integration.
