Use the School settings section to specify the necessary details that appear on statements, such as the end of year statements. This includes the logo, school email, and school phone number.
To enable end of year statements, Billing clerks can enable this feature in Core > Roles > Tasks under the Statements task group.
To get started, hover over Billing in the navigation and select Settings. Select Edit on the School settings section.
Enter your configuration details in the available text fields:
School name
Address
Tax ID number
School phone number
School email
Logo
Once you are finished adding your information, select Save.
