Statements

Statements communicate billing activity to either individual payers or multiple related students within a statement period. Billing clerks design Statement templates, which are organized with fields that populate with payer-specific billing information. In turn, payers view and print their respective statements from the payer portal. Billing clerks can additionally print statements in-bulk or on an individual basis for offline distribution.

One statement template is used as the basis for what appears to payers online. This template has a Status of Active (available online) in the list of the statement templates.
