Official Note Templates
Admissions managers can create templates (e.g. Missing Items Template, Thank You for Visiting Template) that can be used when composing official notes. The templates can contain placeholders (e.g. first name, last name, username) to help personalize the official notes.
Templates are useful if managers/staff repeatedly send the same message; however, when composing an official note, managers/staff do not have to select a template and can instead enter their own custom message.

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Next, select Communication, then Official Notes.

Select Add template.

Enter the a descriptive Name for the template (e.g. Missing Items Template).

Enter the message into the Body. Select a placeholder to add it to the message. When official notes are sent, the placeholders are replaced with the candidates’ personal information and cover a wide range of details like their First Name, Pronouns, Admissions related details, address details, and more.
Note: Candidates may be associated with multiple interviews, tests, and visits. When you use one of these placeholders, the product inserts a single instance. If all instances are in the future, the soonest one is used. If an instance is the past and another is in the future, the future one is used. If all instances are in the past, the most recent one is used.
