March 3, 2025

With March finally here, we’re moving headlong towards our annual events with bbcon and bbdevdays 2025. While we’re not quite ready to share all of the details on what these events will entail for you all attending, we are looking for your input.

Over the past few weeks in February, you may have seen calls for speakers within our release letters. That’s right, we want you to make your mark on these events. Are you someone who’s passionate about non-profit technology, Blackbaud Education Management, or just looking to share your knowledge and connect with your peers?

Want to Be a Speaker? Here’s How:

If you’re interested in speaking at these sessions, the process is super easy. First, let’s talk about bbcon 2025, Blackbaud’s big annual celebration.

We’re taking submissions now until March 14, so there’s still plenty of time to sign up if you’re interested. What are we looking for? Anything from your success stories, learned lessons, perspectives, or tips and tricks to name a few. All session notifications will be sent out by June 18, with the event taking place in Philadelphia from October 6-8. If you’re approved, you’ll even get complimentary access to bbcon 2025. Submissions can be made here.

Next up, let’s talk bbdevdays. For those who don’t know, bbdevdays is our annual virtual conference that takes place on June 3-5. The event is designed with developers in mind, regardless of skill level. If you’re interested in speaking at this event, we’re looking for content like Best practices, tips & tricks, networking, projects, automations, etc and can be from 5 to 60 minutes in length. If you’re selected, you’ll also get a Developer’s Pass completely for free. Interested? Sign up here.

That’s going to do it for this week, and we hope you’re excited for what’s to come at these annual Blackbaud events. Make sure to stay tuned for more details on both events as we get closer to their start date.
