Manage Coaches
Once the coaching types are entered, Athletic Group Managers can associate coaches with their teams. Start here:

Select Extracurricular.
Note: Alternatively, some schools may do this from School website.

Select Athletics, then Athletics setup.

Select Manage coaches to display thew results in a list, with customizable columns, filters, and a search bar to locate a specific entry.
From here, you can do the following:

From Manage coaches, use the context menu for an entry to make edits, remove the coach entirely, or add them as the head coach.

Select +Add to create a new entry with the Coach name, Coach type, Year appointed, and Bio.

If necessary, select Head to designate the head coach.
Note: Only one coach can be the head coach.

If the user already has an employment record, check Coach Role to add them to the coach persona. If the user does not have an employment record, a platform manager must employ them before you can select the Coach Role.
Note: Adding a user to the coach persona will give them editing rights to their team information.

When you are finished, select Save & Exit.

From Manage Coaches, select the context menu next to the appropriate user and then Edit for the coach you want to update

Update the following information:

Coach Type: Select the appropriate coaching type.

Year Appointed: Enter the year the user started coaching.

Bio: Enter a coach-specific biography.

When you're finished, select Save & Exit.

From Manage coaches, select Delete next to the coach you want to remove from the context menu.

Confirm the removal and select Okay.

From Manage Coaches, select the context menu and then Edit next to the appropriate coach.

Select Mark head coach for the appropriate coach.
Note: Selecting this option will automatically remove the designation from the previous Head Coach.
