Manage Coaches
Once the coaching types are entered, Athletic Group Managers can associate coaches with their teams. Start here:

From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.

Select Athletics, then Athletics setup.

Select Manage coaches.
From here, you can do the following:

From Manage coaches, find the team you want to work with, then select Add (New).

Use the search fields to find the appropriate users.

Move the users from the Search Results to Added Users.

Select Next.

Select the appropriate coach type.

If necessary, select Head to designate the head coach.
Note: Only one coach can be the head coach.

If the user already has an employment record, check Coach Role to add them to the coach persona. If the user does not have an employment record, a platform manager must employ them before you can select the Coach Role.
Note: Adding a user to the coach persona will give them editing rights to their team information.

When you are finished, select Save & Exit.

From Manage coaches, select Edit next to the appropriate team.

Select Delete next to the coach you want to remove.

When finished, select OK.

From Manage Coaches, select Edit next to the appropriate team.

Select Head for the appropriate coach.

Select Update Head.

From Manage Coaches, select Edit next to the appropriate team and then Edit for the coach you want to update

Update the following information:

Coach Type: Select the appropriate coaching type.

Year Appointed: Enter the year the user started coaching.

Bio: Enter a coach-specific biography.

When you're finished, select Save & Exit.
