Offer Community Groups

Continuous communities do not need to be offered. However, communities that need to be associated with a specific school year and term must be offered before the group pages and sections can be created.

Offer a community group

1. Under Extracurricular, go to Community groups and then Group management.

2. Select Offer Community Groups.

3. Choose the appropriate Year, Level, and Term.

4. Select Offer Groups.

5. Check the box next to the communities you wish to offer.

6. Finally, select Save & Exit.

Now that the community groups are offered, you can create group sections and pages.
