Courses

After departments are set up, courses can be created manually or through data import. Once courses are created, they must be offered to associate them with a specific school year and term. Then class sections can be created manually, in bulk, or through data import.

You can add courses and review existing courses in Academics, Scheduling, Requests and schedules, Courses. From this view, select Columns or Filters to edit them as needed. Select a column header to sort the list by that field. There is a search option if you’re looking for something specific, and the Courses list can be exported into a csv file using the Export option.

Select a course to access the Course Details, including scheduling and grading information.
