Class Agents for Alums
As part of the Alum Group feature, alums can be assigned to the Class Agent role. This gives them the ability to write class letters, email all classmates at once, and manage the content for their class page. Class Agents are also referred to as "group leaders."

From Core, select People Finder.

Enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

On the Access tab, under Personas, select Alumni affiliation.

Select Edit for an existing alum, or select Add for a non-alum.

In Alum class of field, select the graduation year.

Under Add to agent roles, select Class agent.

Select Save & exit.
