Class Letter Notifications
There are two notifications for class letters: the administrative email that gets sent to an Alum Group Manager when a new letter is submitted, and an email/text message that the author's classmates receive when a new letter is posted if they have subscribed through My notifications.

From Core, select Communication, Notifications, and then Notifications. Class information.

Using the Category filter, select Alumni Groups and then select View.

Select Edit next to the notification you wish to edit. For information on setting up notifications, see Notifications.

Select Save & Exit when you are finished editing the notification.
