Show Alum Class Notes

Class notes can appear on the group page, in the portal, or in the class agent's profile. In addition to being displayed on the portal, class notes can also be emailed or texted to members of the class.

• Alum Group Page: By selecting the group page from the Alumni drop down, users can view all active class notes from the Class notes window.

• Portal: Class notes can appear on the portal via the Class Notes portal channel.

• Alum's Profile: Users can see class notes that they have written in the Class Notes channel of the profile. Platform Managers are also able to view class notes in the profile.
