Games & Practices Calendar (for Faculty)

This shows the games and practices for the teams where the user is a coach.

If the user is not a coach (and thus has no games or practices), the calendar still appears but there isn't a dropdown menu (carat). When you expand the calendar view, the games and practices that appear correspond to the teams the user coached during the time shown on the calendar. If the user chooses a different date range, games and practices appropriate to that time are shown.

Note: For all personas, this calendar respects the publish permissions previously set at the team level and the "show practices" settings previous set for games and practices. To update these settings to hide or show, go to the Team page, Schedule, Settings and also Core, Content, Calendars, Games / practices calendar.

To limit the view of which games and practices appear, select the teams whose information you want to view. You can also filter based on home and away games.

To view additional information about a game or practice that appears in the calendar grid or list, select the game or practice.

• An option to Edit the game or practice appears.

• A option to Delete the assignment appears if the user has access rights to do so.

• If directions are included, select Directions & details to view them.

• If results have been entered, they'll appear too.

  Tip: As a coach, you can add results from the team's page.
