Group Events Calendar (for Parents)

This shows the events for the user's groups.

Select the arrow next to the calendar name to view groups the user currently has or had during the time shown on the calendar. If the user chooses a different date range, groups appropriate to that time are shown. If a user has no groups (and thus no group events) the calendar still appears but there isn't a dropdown menu (carat).

To limit the view of which groups appear, select the groups you want to view.

To view additional information about an event that appears in the calendar grid or list, select the event.

  • If the user is a leader of the group, an Edit option appears.

  • If a registration form was added to an event, users can select Register to access the form and complete the form.
