Export Information about Content Editor Groups for Alumni (Alums)

Platform managers can export information about content editor groups for alumni. Use the file in third-party spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.

1. Select Core.

2. Select Security.

3. Select Content editor access.

4. Select Alumni. A list of editor groups appears. See Content editor access for alumni.

5. Select Export.

6. Select Export by group or Export by user.

   A comma-separated values file (.csv) is downloaded to your local computer, based on your browser settings. The file lists access for each content type or grad year as Yes or No.

The file is named AlumniContentEditorGroups_<date and time>.csv or AlumniContentEditorUsers_<date and time>.csv, based on the export you chose.
