Take a tour
The first time you sign in, a Welcome window opens, and you have the option to take guided tours that give you an overview of areas of the site, including Messages, Profile, and Settings, as well as tours based on your personas, such as Faculty. You can access these tours any time by selecting your name in the top right corner, then Getting Started.
Starting pages
The areas of the site, such as Academics, Core, Enrollment management, etc., and personas, like Faculty, Parent, Student, Alum, that you have access to are determined by the user roles and access assigned to you by your administrator. You switch between different areas and personas using the menu in the upper left corner of the page.
From those areas and personas, you can choose where you land upon signing into the site, as well as where you land when switching to a different persona.
Select your sign in starting page

In the upper right corner, select your name, then Settings.

Under Starting page(s), select the area or persona where you want to start when you sign in, such as Faculty or Academics.
Note: If your login session times out, you'll be redirected to the last page you visited when signing back in using the same browser session.
Select your persona starting pages
Choose a starting page for each of your available personas.

Select your name in the upper right corner, then select Settings.

Under Starting page(s), select Edit next to the persona you want to update.

Choose your desired Starting Page.

Select Save.

Repeat for any additional personas.
Subscribe to notifications
If permitted, you can review and update your notification subscriptions in Settings.

You must have an E-mail Address to subscribe to email notifications and a Text Number to subscribe to text notifications.

The E-Mail Address entered in Notifications is tied to your email address on your profile. Updating or deleting your E-mail Address here will update or delete it on your profile.

The Text Number entered here is not tied to your profile.

You administrator may restrict your ability to update Notification settings.

Your administrator may restrict your ability to unsubscribe from certain notifications.
Update your notification settings

Select your name in the upper right corner, then Settings, then Notifications.

Under E-mail and Text, select the notifications you want to receive.

Some notifications require additional setup, such as choosing the Announcement or News categories you want to receive post notifications for, or choosing how far in advance you want to receive Game Reminder or Practice Reminder notifications. Select Setup Options or Edit Options to configure these additional settings.
