Data Health: Needs Attention
Clean, trustworthy data is foundational for reports and more. It empowers your school to support students success, operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and use effective strategies. Use Data health to help ensure your data is accurate, complete, timely, and secure.
From your Core home page, find Needs attention. It shows counts of various data for you to review. Select a count to go to a related list to take action.
Then take action to improve the data. For example, send profile update forms to users or merge duplicate users. See potential duplicate users and profile changes.
Review any data management strategies in your school's Policies and procedures guide.
Enable security permissions
Users must have the security tasks for the corresponding list or action to see the data in the Needs Attention tile. Use this information and the links to ensure your school’s data remains correct, complete, updated, and healthy.
