View an Individual User's Access and Roles from the List of Roles and Tasks

Platform managers can also view a user's current roles from the list of all security roles and tasks. To view which roles are enabled for a user, you must have the platform manager role with the User profile (53405) or Manage login (53788) task enabled.

1. Select Core.

2. Select Security.

3. Select Roles.

4. Find the role in the list. Then select the role name.

   Alternatively, on the role's row, select (...) and then select Manage roles.

5. Select Members. A list appears.

6. Find a user in the list of members. Select their name. The Access tab of the user's Core profile appears. See Access.

7. Select Role membership.

8. All of the user's current roles appear.
