Create a List of Referral Types
On the inquiry form, prospective students can specify how they heard about the school. There are two field options for collecting this information under the Referral Type block: the how hear text field allows users to type in their response, and the how hear field allows users to select their response from a pre-defined list of options.
To use the how hear field, the admissions manager must first enter the admissions inquiry referral types (Friend, Internet, Radio, etc.). After the types are created, the admissions manager will select the types that should appear on each form.
Warning: After a referral type has been used on an Inquiry Form, it is locked and cannot be deleted.
Add Referral Types:

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Next, select Admissions, Admissions setup, and then Inquiry Forms App.

Select Referral Types.

Fill in the following:

Referral Type: Enter the name of the referral type (for example, Friend, Internet, Radio, etc.).

Private: Check this option if the how referral type should not be visible on the inquiry form.

Select Add.

To continue adding referral types, repeat Step 4.

To re-order the list, hover your cursor over an item, then select and drag and drop to the new location.

When done, select Save to save all of the changes.
Edit Referral Types:

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

Next, select Admissions, Admissions setup, and then Inquiry Forms App.

Back in Referral Types.

Select in the box to edit

When done, select Save to save all of the changes.
Warning: Editing a Referral Type (such as the name) not only changes it on the Inquiry Form but the Application Form as well.
