Add Access for Multiple Templates

Access can be added for multiple Report card or Transcript templates at once.

Note: This topic is for schools using the new transcript builder. For instructions on granting access to transcripts built in the old transcript builder, see Grant Access to Transcripts .

  1. Select Academics from the persona dropdown.

  2. Select Grades then either Transcripts setup or Report card setup.

  3. Choose More then select Set access for multiple templates.

  4. Use the Marking period Marking periods are times during an academic year when grades are recorded. They are like time-sensitive buckets that teachers drop grades into. Marking periods are added to Grade Groups./grading period drop down to select a marking period or grading period A grading period is the link between the grades recorded in a course and the report card. There should be a unique grading period for each instance when report cards are issued..

  5. Select the templates you'd like to add access for.

  6. Add date/time access for any roles that need access.

  7. Select Set access when finished.
