Basic List Topics Access

By default, users with the manager roles specified below can access these topics and categories. They can also manage corresponding roles for creating basic lists.

To create a basic list, you must be a member of one of these manager roles.

A platform manager can give users who are not managers access to run a list, create mail labels, and copy a list. If a user who isn't a manager has permission to copy a list, the user can create a new list using only the topic the original list was created with.
