Digital Contact Information
Platform managers or constituents with access to edit their contact cards can manage digital contact information, such as email addresses, websites, and Instant message service information.

Select Core.

Select People finder.

In the Type a name field, enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

Select Contact card.

In the Digital tile, select Edit and choose whether to update Email addresses or other Online presence information.

Bulk email greeting - This greeting can be added to Pushpages (Newsletters) to personalize e-mails. While Pushpages (Newsletters) can display a user's name or salutation, the Bulk E-Mail Greeting can also be used as an alternate way to address constituents. For example, Pushpages (Newsletters) could display, "Welcome Mrs. Aberg," "Greetings Mrs. Aberg," etc. ("Mrs. Aberg" is the Bulk E-mail Greeting).

Email - Enter the user's primary email address for contact purposes.
Pushpages (Newsletters) are sent to both the primary and CC e-mail addresses.

Bad Email - Email addresses are automatically flagged as bad when Pushpages (Newsletters) cannot be delivered to them. Platform Managers and Pushpage (Newsletter) Managers can also manually flag an address as bad. While an address is flagged as bad, it cannot be used (including with Pushpage (Newsletter)).

CC Email - Enter the user's secondary e-mail address. Whenever Pushpages (Newsletters) are sent to the primary email address, a duplicate communication is also automatically sent to the CC email.

Bad CC Email - Email addresses are automatically flagged as bad when Pushpages (Newsletters) cannot be delivered to them. Platform Managers and Pushpage (Newsletter) Managers can also manually flag an address as bad. While an address is flagged as bad, it cannot be used (including with Pushpages (Newsletters)).

Online presence - Use this for personal websites, social media platforms, video conference, and more. Select a Type such as Skype, X (formerly known as Twitter), Zoom, Google Meet, a personal blog, etc.
To add Types to the drop down menu, a platform manager can update the Table values for Online presence.
Then enter a corresponding URL to create a Link on the user's contact card. For example, teachers can add a URL to their virtual classroom. When it’s time for a virtual class, attendees use the school directory to view the teacher’s contact card and select the Link to enter the teacher’s virtual room (or waiting room).
If you don’t know a URL, but you do have a handle, user name, or screen name, enter that information into the Link field. It'll appear on the user’s contact card as plain text instead of a hyperlink.
