Practice Schedules Overview

From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.
From Group Finder, enter the team name, then select it to go to the main team page. Alternatively, select Go to groups list to find the team name.
Select Schedule.
Finally, select + Game or Practice to enter a single practice or + Bulk Practices to enter multiple practices.

From the persona menu, select Extracurricular.
Next, go to Athletics and then Event management.
Select + Game or Practice to enter a single practice or + Bulk Practices to enter multiple practices.

Individual practices can also be added by going to the Calendar Grid and selecting an empty space (select Add Practice to do so).

Practices cannot be edited or deleted in bulk. Any edits or deletions need to be done individually.

Team: Select the appropriate team.
Date: Enter the practice date.
Time: Enter the practice start and end times.
Location: Select the practice location.
Transportation: Select if a vehicle is required.
Dismissal Time: Enter the time that students should be dismissed.
Departure Time: Enter the time that students will leave the school.
Pickup Time: Enter the time that students will be ready to be picked up.
Send Notification: Select if a notification should be sent to alert constituents that a practice has been added.

Team: Select the appropriate team.
Date Range: Enter the start and end dates.
Time: Enter the start and end times.
Exclude Game Days: Check this option to automatically remove practices from days on which games are already scheduled.
Practice On: Select the days of the week on which practices are held.
Location: Select the practice location.
Transportation: Select if a vehicle is required.
Dismissal Time: Enter the time that students should be dismissed.
Departure Time: Enter the time that students will leave the school.
Pickup Time: Enter the time that students will be ready to be picked up.

Once you click Apply, you will be able to select different locations and/or vehicles for individual practices.
