Record Infractions
Conduct managers and faculty can record infractions, add or remove consequences, edit descriptions and/or points, and add internal notes per infraction.

Before recording an Infractions, you first need to get to the user's conduct through any of the following locations:

From Academics, use the People Finder to find a student and then select Conduct from their Contact Card. Alternatively, select Conduct from the People Finder to be taken right to their page after selecting the user.

From Faculty, go to My Day: Schedule & Performance and use the Conduct tile.

From the Directory, pull up the student's Contact Card and select Conduct.
Faculty can also go through Rosters.

Select + Report an Infraction.

Enter the following:
Fields with asterisks are required.

The date and time the Infraction occurred on.

The Student(s) involved. Start typing a student's name and search results will appear.

Choose the appropriate Infraction from the dropdown menu.

If your school uses conduct points, enter them under Points.

Enter a Description. This will be visible to the students involved and their parents.

Select the available placeholders to use them in the description, especially if multiple students were involved.

These will populate automatically with the student's information when the infraction is saved.

Add any Confidential Comments or internal notes to be considered. Placeholders can be used here as well.

Include where the infraction took place under Location.

Select Save as draft or Send.

Infractions saved as a draft will not be published to anyone other than the author, and can be edited later. To edit a draft, either go to the Conduct section of a student's profile or return to the Conduct tile in Faculty view and select the number beside Infractions reported by me today.

To edit or update saved infractions or consequences:

From Academics, use the People Finder to find a student.

Select Conduct.

Select the triple-dot icon (...) next to the appropriate infraction and then Edit Infraction to view details.
Once an infraction is saved or sent for approval, it can only be edited by a conduct manager.

Edit information as needed.

Choose a different Infraction

View or edit the infraction Description

Add any internal Confidential comments

Review the infraction Location

Select Save to save changes.

Select Send to send a notification.
